Food
Menu
Our signature dish is the Wagyu Hamburg Steak Set Meal, Seikanso’s most popular dinner.
It’s a hearty, energy-boosting meal designed to fuel you for your Mt. Fuji climb.
YAKIIN
Yakiin(Wood-Burned Stamp) is a traditional Mt. Fuji climbing culture that dates back to the Edo period. Each mountain hut has its own original wood-burned stamp, and climbers collect them on a wooden climbing stick as a record of their ascent.
Our Yakiin design was renewed in 2025. This is an original design available exclusively at Seikanso. Today, there are no mountain huts between Umagaeshi and the 4th Station. As a result, Seikanso is the only hut where Yakiin from this section can be obtained.
Featuring a warm and welcoming style unique to Seikanso, it is designed to bring back memories of your Mt. Fuji climb every time you see it.
Please note that the Full Yakiin takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. We kindly ask you to relax and wait on the benches in front of the hut.
